Swimming

Being able to swim is very important in a 'watercountry' like The Netherlands. It is not only important for safety reasons, but it additionally maintains your health. Swimming is suitable for everyone. 

For who?
A. Recreational sporter. Adults/elderly in a therapeutic swimming pool at care organisation Middin, where SGK organises a few swimming activities in small groups. 

B. Recreational sporter, adults/elderly in a relatively small swimming pool, meant for the ones in need of (extra) heated water. Mostly exercising in the water en learning some basic swimming skills are central. 

C. Recreational sporter from 14 years and older. Participants are being educated for a swimming diploma. Recreational swimming is also possible. 

D. Recreational sporter from 14 years and older. Partcipants are being educated for a swimming diploma. Recreational swimming is also possible. Prior to the swimming activities, participants can join indoor sports from 19.00-20.00

E. Recreational sporter from 5-15 years old. Also children who can not learn (in the future) can partcipate in this activity.

F. Recreational sporter, children till 16 years old or sporters from 16 years and older who can not join the swimming groups in 'de Blinkerd' or 'Zuiderpark' due to their medical background. This relatively small pool is especially for beginners and recreational swimmers and the water is heated.

When?
A. Monday, 1st group 16.30-17.15 and 2nd group 17.15-18.00
Thursday 1st group 15.30-16.15, 2nd group 16.30-17.15 and 3rd group 17.15-18.00

B. Thursday, 11.15 – 12.00

C. Thursday, 20.15 – 21.00

D. Thursday, 20.00 – 20.45

E. Saturday, 11.00 – 11.45

F. Saturday, 11.45 – 12.30
