Fitness is a sport with a wide variety of devices to train your muscle strength and flexibility. The overall physical condition can be improved by different fitness activities. 

It is possible to combine two activities on the same day. For example the combination: Fitness - Judo or Tennis. 

For who?
Recreative sporters from 15 years and older.

When?
Saturday 10.00-11.00 and 11.00-12.00
