Everyone has the right to sport and exercise. It is good for your health, a meaningful leisure activity, it brings people together and integrates them into society. 

In the current society several groups are left by the wayside, because they simply can not play sports at any regular club. On the one hand, regular sports clubs are often not equipped. On the other hand, the disability of a participant does not allow him or her to fully integrate. 

Sports interest Foundation SGK believes it is important that people can exercise, regardless of a disability. The aim of the foundation is to make this possible. 

Sports interest Foundation SGK is the sports association in The Hague where both young and old with a mental or other disability can participate in sports and exercising. To ensure this, SGK organizes sporty activities and trips. 

This happens on different levels: recreational and competitive. All activities are guided by experts and made possible by the commitment of volunteers. Participants work hard to improve their health and integrate into society while having fun together.
